This notice describes how Heather Collection handles information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional unless you request a tour), message and enquiry preferences, including any tour type and preferred times you choose. A property address or listing reference is included when you provide it. We use this information to respond to your request and manage the conversation.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in Dwellz’s MongoDB Atlas database, with access limited to authorized administrators. Authorized website administrators can access them. Hosting, Mailgun (which delivers tour requests to Heather by email) and, when connected, LeadsCloud help process enquiries on Heather’s behalf. We do not sell enquiry information.

Saved homes and cookies

Saved home references are stored in your browser on this device. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them. They are not an account or a cross-device service. Administrative sign-in uses a secure session cookie. This website does not install marketing analytics or advertising trackers.

Your choices

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Records may be retained where needed for transaction obligations or legitimate recordkeeping.

Search activity

We keep protected records of listing searches and property views for security and MLS compliance. These records use an opaque visitor reference derived on the server and may be reviewed by the MLS when investigating misuse. Browsing does not require an account.

Listing information

Property information is supplied under an IDX license and remains subject to the MLS display and use restrictions. Please do not include confidential financial documents in an enquiry.
